This venue can seat 45 classroom style and 80 theater style. The room comes with ceiling mount LCD projector, 4 position monitor switcher, wireless mic, VCR, DVD, CD player, and even C and Ku band satellite is available. There is a refreshment table in the rear of the room. |

All room rentals include:
- Daily continental breakfast with juice, fruit, donuts
and pastry, tea, coffee and hot chocolate
- Self-serve soda fountain, Starbucks coffee, teas, hot
chocolate available all day
- Theater-style popcorn for afternoon break daily
- Sundaes on Thursday – make your own sundaes hosted by
Vortex sales staff

- Green Room can be configured for classroom or theater
seating. Currently has a 100" projector screen, equipped
ith a XVGA projector. You will also find a DVD/VHS player,
internet access,and a 4 position KDM. For presenters we
offer a wireless PA system that allows you to walk freely
through the room.

The Vortex breakroom, also known as the Internet Café, is a comfortable place to gather before class and on breaks. Complimentary continental breakfast, juice, Starbuck's coffee, a selection of gourmet teas and oatmeal is provided each morning. Throughout the day an open soda fountain is available for refreshment and fresh coffee is brewed as well. Each afternoon, the smell of fresh popped theater style popcorn signals the afternoon break. Phones, wireless internet and two permanent internet stations are available in the café for student use. |
