Registration is on a first pay, first serve basis. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.

Payment

Payment is due upon registration unless other arrangements are made in advance. Cash, check, credit card, or company purchase orders are acceptable payment methods. Materials are included in the cost of each course unless otherwise noted. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Notification of cancellation, at least five business days prior to the start of class entitles you to a full refund. If you reschedule or cancel within five business days before the beginning of class, you will be liable for a fee amounting to 100% of the tuition cost and a rescheduling fee of $50.00. Companies can opt to send a replacement attendee to the training course. Registrants who neither cancel nor attend the class are liable for the full cost of the course and the rescheduling fee.

All courses are subject to a minimum enrollment. Vortex reserves the right to cancel any course.

VOUCHERS

In order to provide our clients with a convenient payment option and to guarantee first-pay, first-served placement in classes, your company or organization can purchase Vortex Education Vouchers. The Vortex Education Voucher Program allows companies to pre-pay for training at discounts of up to 35%, depending on how many vouchers are purchased. Vortex Vouchers expire 3 years after issue date and can be used for any Microsoft, Novell, CompTIA, Macromedia, ASP or Linux courses at Vortex. Call a Vortex Education Specialist for more information on this special discount program.

RETAKE POLICY

We want to make sure you get the most from your training at Vortex Data Systems. Should you find it necessary, you are welcome to repeat any course (on a space available basis) previously completed at Vortex. Eligibility to retake a class is based on course content remaining the same. This does not include materials, new product revisions, or courses that have been revised. Contact your Education Specialist to schedule a retake.

Vortex opens the doors at 8:00AM. Most classes begin at 8:30AM and end at 5:00PM with the exception of evening classes which run from 6:00-10:00PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 8:00-4:00PM on Saturdays.
