Private Classes and Custom Solutions at Vortex As the San Diego leader in technical training for over 21 years, we have the experience, resources and creativity to give your employees the tools they need to be successful. Developing a training goal and a course of action to reach that goal can take as little time as days or as long as months, depending on the scope of the project. By creating a customized class, we can effectively target your team's current skill levels and content weaknesses and tailor a course to fit those needs, thus requiring less time out of the office but also maximizing your team's effectiveness post-training. We begin building your customized class with a team composed of a Vortex Education Specialist, a Vortex technical trainer with expertise in the content area, the manager of your group requiring training, your team members who will receive the training, and Catherine Bristol, Vortex's CEO. Having a Vortex Education Specialist to help you through all of the variables and decisions, showing you the pros and cons of each option will be invaluable. Bringing people together and investing the time and energy to define a problem with a solution is not an easy task. However, with a Vortex Education Specialist by your side the assignment will be made easier and the investment will pay off with a customized solution developed precisely with your company's needs in mind. Private custom classes can be held onsite or in one of Vortex's state-of-the-art classrooms. Training options: • You pick a regular course off of our schedule and we teach it as it is written, privately, to your group. • We can do custom teaching. We give you the entire course book, but only teach the parts you want. The rest of the course can be self-taught at a later time as the need arises. • You choose several courses, pick the parts that you want, and get only the training you need. If you need four topics from one course and one from two other courses, we can put it together for you. • We can completely design your course curriculum according to your requirements. |
