![]() Students may register for courses or events by phone, fax, e-mail, snail mail, or on-line.
Registration is on a first pay, first serve basis. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment Payment is due upon registration unless other arrangements are made in advance. Cash, check, credit card, or company purchase orders are acceptable payment methods. Materials are included in the cost of each course unless otherwise noted. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Notification of cancellation, at least five business days prior to the start of class entitles you to a full refund. If you reschedule or cancel within five business days before the beginning of class, you will be liable for a fee amounting to 100% of the tuition cost and a rescheduling fee of $50.00. Companies can opt to send a replacement attendee to the training course. Registrants who neither cancel nor attend the class are liable for the full cost of the course and the rescheduling fee. All courses are subject to a minimum enrollment. Vortex reserves the right to cancel any course. |
